Buying Guide: Key Purchase Considerations
- Gaps and versatility: Choose a set with a driver, woods, hybrids, irons, and a putter that complements your current skill level and typical course layouts.
- Forgiveness vs. distance: Beginners benefit from larger sweet spots and perimeter-weighted clubs; intermediate players may prioritize speed and launch characteristics.
- Weight and balance: Lighter sets offer easier swing cadence for new players; heavier setups can suit players with faster tempos.
- Set completeness: Consider whether you need a stand bag, headcovers, or both, and confirm all listed clubs are included in the chosen SKU.
- Upgradability: If you expect improvement, prefer modular sets or brands with easy replacement irons or drivers to keep pace with your game.
- Fit and ergonomics: For long-term comfort, ensure grip sizes, shaft options, and overall club length align with your height and swing.
