Welcome to HoleZeroGolf.com. We value transparency and want you to understand how this site is supported. This page explains our participation in affiliate programs, including the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, how commissions are earned, and what that means for the content and product recommendations you see here.
What is an affiliate link?
An affiliate link is a special URL that tracks when a visitor clicks through from our site to a retailer’s site and makes a purchase. When you buy a product using one of these links, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. These commissions help us maintain the site, create free content, and test gear so we can provide honest reviews and recommendations.
Programs we participate in
- Amazon Associates: HoleZeroGolf.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. We may earn a commission when you click through and make qualifying purchases on Amazon.
- Other affiliate networks and retailers: We may also participate in additional affiliate programs with other retailers, golf equipment vendors, and online marketplaces. Any links that are part of these programs may earn us a commission when you complete a purchase through those links.
How commissions are earned
Commissions are earned when you click an affiliate link on HoleZeroGolf.com and then complete a qualifying purchase on the partner’s website within the timeframe and terms set by that partner. The exact rate and structure of commissions vary by program and by product. Commissions are paid by the affiliate partner and do not affect the price you pay as a customer.
Our editorial independence
We want to be clear: earning commissions does not influence our editorial content. Our primary goal is to provide useful, accurate, and honest information about golf equipment, training aids, and related products. We test and review gear based on performance, value, and relevance to golfers of various skill levels. Recommendations are made with our readers’ interests in mind, not based on potential commission.
Disclosure of free products and sponsorships
Occasionally manufacturers or retailers may provide review samples or sponsor content. When we receive free products for testing or when content is sponsored, we will clearly disclose that relationship within the relevant article or review. Sponsored content and samples do not guarantee a positive review; we will still share our honest assessment.
Questions about this disclosure
If you have questions about our affiliate relationships or how we handle reviews and recommendations, please refer to the relevant article or review for specific disclosures related to that post. Thank you for supporting HoleZeroGolf.com by using our links when you shop — it helps us keep producing free, high-quality golf content.
